If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so and have the ability to reschedule it once without having to repay a deposit. Are deposits refundable?

All deposits are non-refundable and required upon booking. However, in the event that I am unable to perform the service or there is an act of bad weather (i.e. bad storm, ice storm), a refund of your deposit will be granted.
